Hi Folks,
I recently got an LOA for a 1 year graduate certificate course. I saw that spouse can apply for a work permit along with my student VISA application. Is it 100% guaranteed that the work permit is approved or Is there a fair chance for it to be rejected? Can someone please share their experience?
My spouse has 7 years of work experience in India.

Also, The course I got offered was for 1 Academic Year(Period of 8 months). Does this mean I can get PGWP only for 8 months or for 1 year? This is not clear to me. Can someone please help?
