Work Permit for Montreal - PLEASE HELP US!

thanks for your oppinion.
the weather bothers me but specially the time zone which has a reason to be. Health conditions.
perhaps we should start sending resumes for other canada regions, like Ontario for instance.
Until now we just sent to Montreal area... Perhaps the french is keeping us behind.. I don't know!
I'm not expecting a land full of gold but I expect something more pleaseant and with better conditions to life with my family, compared to where I am (Portugal).
