Hi my family just moved to Canada and i have a problem finding a job.I decided to apply for a work permit.I am 19 years old and i find out that i can apply as a dependant child.My mom and dad have work permits so how can i apply for work permit based on them? Which documents do i have to send?

As far as I know, only Ontario http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2012/ob123A.asp and Alberta http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2012/ob122A.asp and only if your parent have job specific work permits in skill level A, B or O of the NOC. BC has a similar program, but only 1800 places, ends Feb/13 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2011/ob337.asp and is open to child of WP holders of all NOCs.
What kind of application does it requires and what kind of documents do i have to send?
I found some applications but there are fields where you must write yout LMO number.I dont have an LMO number but this program provides work permit without LMO.
