Hello friends, my work permit will expire end of January. (Refugee, waiting for PR) Do you guys know that how early I can apply for extension? Can I apply around late November or it has to be less than 30 days before the expiration date?

Same thing happened to me. I applied for renewal 30 days before. They will give you a temporary one next day by email. Which valid for 6 months. You will receive your work permit within 180 days.
