Hello all,

I just wanted to clarify that if you apply for a work permit extension before your current one expires, will you be under implied status even if the original permit was a PGWP?

What I mean to say is that if you apply for a paper based extension and it takes months for them to process, would you have implied status, even if the application will be rejected?

Anyone with clarification of this please?
