Hello - I would like to know the process for extending work permit application for my spouse.
Currently I am under closed work permit which would expire on October 2019. My wife also has an open work permit until the same October 2019. I will be applying for work permit extension and if my application is in process and no decision is made until October 2019, I can still continue to work. However what would be the state of my wife work permit? How are we supposed to extend her application now? Is she allowed to work until a decision is made on my application and then apply for her extension?
