Hi,
I have been working in Canada for the past 1.5 years. My current work permit is going to expire 8 months from now in January 2024. I will be eligible to extend the work permit for about 3 years. I have the following 2 questions. Just need suggestion so that I can plan things properly.

1) What is the recommended timeframe to start my Visa extension process?
2) I want to bring my spouse to Canada and want to initiate her Dependent visa process by the end of June 2023 (2 months from now). Will this be a problem considering my current Work Permit is valid until Jan'24? Please advise.
