Hi,

This year in the month of Nov my work permit and visa will expire. To renew my work permit I had to get my LMO approval. I have already received my LMO approval. However, I am planning to go to India for my vacation of 5 weeks and there I am planning to apply for work permit and visa renewal.

Will there be any problem if I apply for my work permit extension from India(New Delhi) ? In addition , If I apply for renewal from India do I need to go through the medical tests ?
