Hi there. I am planning to extend my work permit under the in home caregiver pathway. Do I need to sumbit a new lmia even if I am will still work for the same employer? A few people told me that I don't need an LMIA anymore. Thank you.

If you had earlier came with lmia then for sure you need to go for lmia as I have done so in March
 
When did you come? I am also ob work permit lmia based how months you have completed your work?

it is possible that you can bridge to open work only if you submitted PR application.
