I'm an international student in Canada waiting for my PR (FSW inland).
I extended my study permit and co-op work permit in May 2021 and they both got approved on June 11th. I received my study permit by mail but I still have not received my new co-op work permit.
I'm working for a company right now as an intern and they need my new co-op work permit ASAP. The old one is gonna expire on June 28th.
I have been trying to call IRCC since last week but it doesn't connect me to an agent because of the high volume of calls.
I raised a webform but we all know how long it takes for them to reply to webforms.
Any recommendations?
What should I do now?
