Work permit expiring, Express Entry ITA

Hi All,

I applied for EE in January. I should be expecting an ITA shortly. My open work permit expires in January 2019, if I get my ITA this month, the paperwork will take some time to process, I assume past my expiry of my work permit.

Do I need to extend my work permit, or do I get a conditional work permit with my ITA while I wait for my Permanent Residency to go through? Thank you all in advance.

You'd have to apply for a bridge open work permit.
