What is the best solution for a person who is in Canada with an Expired Work Permit, no employer or Job Offer to remain in Canada???

Did their work permit already expire?

If so, apply to restore status to visitor.
 
Yes it expired, but he had 2 year WP and after Covid-19 he was let go. He wants to start working here so he can get his PR

He needs to find an employer who is willing to give him a job offer.
