My Work permit expired on August, and my application for work permit renewal has been rejected. I am required to provide LMO this time.
My employer applied for LMO on sept 1st.

Since I don't have legal status, I am not working ...
I am waiting at least to receive a confirmation from HRSDC and then apply. or Should I apply now ?!
