I submitted my application for the work permit with LMIA and job offer on February 2020 from UAE, after one month corona happened, then it got delayed and until now there is no updates. Is there anyone waiting for the work permit from feb or march 2020

Many restaurants have been shut down so there are many unemployed cooks. That is why likely haven’t heard anything.
