Hi everyone I just have a quick question, me and my friend got recently the work permit, we applied the same time and got it on the same time, everything is written same only on the Remarks/Observations section is different.

One says: ISRAELI-PALESTINIAN TEMPORARY PUBLIC POLICY
Second one says: TEMPORARY RESIDENT STATUS MAINTAINED AS PER R183(5). ISRAELI-PALESTINIAN PUBLIC POLICY. MOME2023.

Please who know let me know I really don't know what are the different and why its like that, if does have different tell me why.
