Work Permit - Border Examination - Montreal

Hi All!
Me and my fiancee are travelling from Poland to Canada. We want to stay and work in Montreal, QC for a one year, we already filled all web forms and got our applications approved. However, our permit authorizing us to work will be issued by an officer of the Canada Border Services Agency. We want to book our tickets now. Does it make a diffrence if we land first in Toronto and then travel to Montreal? or do we need to land in Montreal first? Thanks!
