Hello ,
I need your advice , I have TWP veiled until August 2014 and Multiple worker visa , I am now in vacation in my country and I got another Job offer that exempt from LMO , Can I apply for new TWP at the international Airport border in Toronto , I will travel after 2 weeks and I need to know the chances of accepting it or if there is another border I can go to it instead of applying by mail or online
I appreciate your assistance

This is wrong. You are only able to get a Work Permit as you enter the POE, if you meet the following:
- you do not need a visa (visa exempt nationals - it means you do not need a visa upon entering Canada),
- you already hold a valid medical certificate, if you need it for your job, and
- your employer does not need a labour market opinion (LMO) for your job (with some exceptions) or you already have an LMO.
For further reference, please read this link : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/apply-who-eligible.asp
Yes, I agree with you...but still u can follow the instructions what officer says at port of entry...

The best way is to apply Work Permit inland - it means within Canada as you currrently have WP until August 2014.
