Hi ,

My brother has just completed his MBA from canada and has applied for his post graduation work permit.
His current status is "implied".
His student visa is still valid till 31st dec 2017.

But recently he has got a bad backache and needs to travel to India to be with family.
Is it possible for him to go to India and come back ?

Currently he doesnt have any job offer
