I started my studies in Canada in September intake in 2022 and in January I took an unofficial drop due to pregnancy and in month May I had an official drop from college and then I took a visitor visa legal status and then I submitted my study permit extension after that i resumed my studies in September which I have now completed will this unofficial drop cause me any problem in my work permit?

Was your study permit extension approved. So you dropped out of school without authorization and then returned to school in September. Yes, you need to study continuously and full time without a break. You are not eligible for PGWP because took unauthorized break for more than 6 months.
Maternity leave requires authorized leave from the school and any leave more than 6 months. So you are not eligible so get letter from school that you were on leave. Hopefully PGWP is approved.
