Work permit application

Hi Guys,
Need help coz I’m so confused.i am under AIPP program when came here under Cook job but when I apply for my AIPP for PR they reject cause they say lack of experience.
Now I applied for PNP SKILLED WORKER and I’ve been nominated cause i have a skilled experience for the last 5years.
Question is will I’ll be denied if i apply for work permit extension if ever i submitted the one that I’ve submitted for PNP NOMINATIONS? Or they will backtrack my previous application under AIPP w/c i got work permit first?plssssss need help
