my employer already apply my lmo which is a-lmo and i also apply my work permit thru implied status. my question is do i need to apply for the restoration of my temporary stay?
You need to be in proper status before applying for work permit, if i understand the process correctly. You could have applied for an extension, received your new documents, then applied for the work permit. Hope this helps.
