Work permit application transfer from new delhi to vegreville

I applied in 19 Aug.2017
I got GCMS notes
It's clearly show that my application is transferred to vegreville on 03/10/2017
Due to work load and after that vegreville sent my application to new delhi on 10/03/2018 without any update
During this time my lmia date expired.
And still to date I had no any update.
Can my file will be reject ??
I am so nervous about my process .
Please advise me

Hey you just need to apply for work permit prior to the ecpiry date of lmia
