Dear All,
If a person holds a temporary work permit for 2 years at a specific place(university), but a contract with an employer is signed annually (because of the rules of university) to what extent it is guaranteed that the person will be able to work for the 2nd year as well. I mean does a temporary work permit protects an employee's status in this case?
