Work permit after studies

Hi ..I'm planning to take 18 months game design and animation program in Toronto film school .. And i want to know whether i'll get 3 years work permit after completing my program..I saw some post online that some people don't get WP in TFS as it is a private institute..It'll be totally useless if i have to return after my studies as i am planning to take loan..I need to know whether i should apply or not ?..Any answer is appreciated ..thank you
