My work permit will get expire by November 2018( in 2 and half months from now). I didn’t apply for express entry or any other. Is there any chance to extend my work permit or get bridge permit? My wife is pregnant now so I can’t take her to medicals as well. Is there any possibility or option do I have to extend my permit?
You only qualify for a BOWP if you have applied under an economic immigration stream and your application has been accepted. So that is not an option for you.
To apply for an open work permit, you have to meet specific criteria. You cannot get one simply because your current work permit is running out or because your wife is pregnant. What kind of open work permit do you hold now? PGWP? IEC? Something else? Sadly we aren't mind readers yet so you need to provide detailed information if you want help.

Sure - you can do that. Make sure you pick a program that make sense based on your previous education and work experience. Note that you will need to stop working between the time your PGWP expires and the time your classes start in January. Also note that you cannot qualify for a second PGWP.
If you have 440 points or more then you should still set up an Express Entry profile. You can get a BOWP this way (once you are selected through EE and have submitted your application) even if your wife cannot complete the medical.
Most physicians discourage x-rays unless they are medically necessary because there is no proof that they won't harm the foetus. Certainly in the 1st trimester-beginning of the 2nd most would highly discourage unnecessary x-rays.
