I’m wondering if anyone can help me as I’m struggling to find the information online.
I moved to Canada under an open work permit and want to apply for permanent residence now I know I have to be working for a company for at least a year.
When I moved to Canada my UK business wanted to keep me on to run and start up there North American business they are looking at incorporating now but my question is what do they need to do for me to apply for permenant residence do they literally just have to incorporate and pay me from the newly incorporated business (I’m sure I’m not lucky enough for it to just be this) or do they need have a physical office with more than just me as the employee?
Any help even weblinks for any information I can get to figure out how far they need to set up and what I have to do for permanent residence as I have worked for them for over a year but they weren’t technically set up in Canada does this count as employment time.
