I am residing in India working for mnc and have a total experience of 8 years in software development.My husband is working for another organisation and is asked to work in Canada on a work permit valid for an year.He is travelling in mid February.I wish to continue working in same field and want to apply for a work permit.Can you help me understand the legalities?
1.Can i apply for a work Permit considering the duration of my husbands WP?
