I am applying as a lecturer NOC4011
So the university can give me an official work letter that says I was an assistant lecturer then a lecturer for 5 years. This letter will be stamped by official university stamp.
However I will need to add another letter that will list all my duties, and this will be on the letterhead of the university and signed by department head but will NOT be stamped by the university stamp.
Do I attach both letter? Will this even work?

No problem in that, however do remember that contact details should be mentioned on this letter who can be reached for verification.
If the department head can include the rest of the information (dates, full-time/part-time, salary etc.) then just that letter alone will be sufficient.

Your question is not clear to me.
