Im a doctor with a 7.5 overall IELTS score
2 years work experience...
Can i apply as a federal skilled worker?
Or i must apply for express entry ?
In case i could apply as a federal worker
Can i use my medical degree to improve my score ?

The Federal Skilled Worker program is now Express Entry. You must apply through Express Entry.
