If we apply for schooling visa in canada. Then can we have the rights to work there? Some consultants tell us that father can work there 20 hours for a week after some week they can work full time

Providing you are attending college or university for a full time course you can work part time max 20 hours per week during term time and full time during scheduled breaks.

Generally though you will still need to be able to fund both the fees and most of your living expenses without relying on working.

The only relatives that can work other than a student on a study permit would be an accompanying spouse no other relative so where you mention 'father' he cannot work only a students spouse can apply to work
