Work history-Uber driver. Self employed or ?..

Hello guys,
Please advise how to properly put in the application form a period when I worked as Uber driver. People doing Uber are considered independent contractors, not employees, so I'm not sure if I should just put "self-employed" or just straightforward-"uber partner"? All replies are deeply appreciated. Thank you.
