During EE profile I mentioned NO is work history of my spouse as all her experience is outside Canada?
I have received an ITA and in PR profile there is one section of Personal History in which we have to provide activity details of past 10 years. In that, I have to mention her employment details as she was working at that point in time.
So should I update her work History details as there will be a mismatch in both the sections? In any case, it won't impact my overall score.

Any work history including that for a spouse must be accompanied by an Employer Reference Letter. At least that was the case when I applied earlier this year with the ITA.
I do not foresee a problem so long as your spouse’s work history is substantiated with the Employer Reference Letter.
