Work history in express entry profile

Hi,
I have 3.5 years of work experience in India and I came to Canada as an international student and did internship for 4 months as part of my college course. And after that, I have worked in a company for 6 months in Canada and another 6 months in another company. Now, I have total one year of work experience in Canada.
My questions are:
1. Can I mention my Internship work experience also while creating profile? If yes, where should I mention it?
2. While filling work history, there is this question in Intended work in Canada section --> How many employers made this job offer? Since I have worked for 2 employers in one year, Do I need to mention 2 ?

Was the internship completed under the study permit? then it doesn't count
