Work history difference between Express Entry and OINP

Originally, I added only my first company for both EE profile before ITA and OINP since I had more than 3 years of experience there, but OINP asked me to provide documents for other 2 companies too, so I did, but if I see my EE profile right now, there is only my first company. What should I do in this case? In my post ITA application, do I mention all 3 in my work history (like OINP) or just 1 (like EE profile)? Will it be a problem somehow? Not sure if this will make me ineligible.
