Work history Confusions

While creating my EE profile, I entered my primary NOC start time as April 2015 but in the work history I have entered only my recent employer for whom I worked between 2018 and 2021 which is more than 3 years to claim points. I did not give my current job details as well as my first job as well as I might have to provide reference letters for them. Is that fine? Also do I need to prove the primary NOC start date after ITA? In that case, should I add that in work history?
