Work history before date first became qualified to practice in occupation

I have been working from August 2013- December 2018 but graduated only in May 2018.
Under the "date first became qualified to practice in this occupation" for my NOC 1123 (which require a bachelors degree usually) if I fill May 2018, would my work experience before graduation be considered?

Is your occupation professionally licensed, requiring a license and bachelors' degree to practice in the job?

Or is it just that most job postings say "Bachelor's degree" in the requirements?
