Hello,
I have been working in Canada(with LMO) and already have enough experience for CEC. If I don't check that I have a valid job offer so no LMIA in the Express Entry profile since I already work and only indicate that my current work is a job that required LMIA in the Work History, would I still get 400 points for Arranged Employment?
Thank you.
No - you won't get points for arranged employment (also, it's 600 points - not 400).
Thank you for your answer.
I met both CEC and FSW and was invited to apply through FSW. I checked that I have a job offer. Should I cancel my invitation, would it be a problem once I apply for PR?
I have 7 months of work experience with post graduate work permit and 1 year of work experience with LMO which still continues.
Please I am kind of confused with this arranged letter of employment criteria.
Please can you clarify if one is eligible with a PGWP and a full-time permanent job in NOC A. FYI, I started this full-time permanent position (NOC A) in May 2015.
Thanks.
