I have Canada PR as well as H4 EAD and my wife's Green Card is under process.Can I do Work from home for my Canadian Company from US and maintain my PR status.

To be eligible to meet RO, you would need to be assigned to a position in the US for a specific period. Following your wife and working remotely doesn't meet the requirements. Is your wife a Canadian citizen?
