i worked in canada in 2017 to 2018 for 2 years.
and after that i am doing work in india since 2019.
now my question is am i eligible to file PR under CEC catagory??
as ircc states that you should have at least one year of full time work experince in canada before you apply.
so how it is calculate???
Is not one year of full-time experience in Canada, is at least 1 year anywhere (as long as it's skilled). If you have at least one in Canada then you can be considered for CEC otherwise you might only be for Federal Skilled Worker.
1 year= 30 hours or more per week over a period of 52 weeks for a total of 1560 hours (you can't count more than 30 hours per week towards this total) --> if you took more than a year/52 weeks to complete 1560 hours that counts as 1 year.

For CEC ELIGIBILITY: You have to have one full year of full-time skilled work experience (or the equivalent in part-time work experience) within the 3 years preceding the date that you submit your eAPR. That is a rolling window for eligibility - so hypothetically, let´s say you get an ITA and submit an eAPR on May 1, 2020 - you can then count experience between May 1, 2017- April 30, 2020.
For CRS POINTS: you can count experience going back 10 years. So your full 2 years should count (assuming you have at least 104 weeks of experience).
Not sure what you mean, how you calculate. Assuming you worked full-time (30 or more hours per week), use the start date and end date for each job and count the number of weeks you worked. 52 weeks =1 year, 104 weeks = 2 years, etc.

If you are full time, there is no need to count hours, only weeks worked (or a calendar year). 1560 hours is given so that part-time workers can calculate their full-time equivalence, which by definition will take more than one calendar year.
