my actual designation is Retail sales associate if I put noc for that designation it’s going under noc “C”. But actually I have done all duties of sales supervisor it’s going under noc “B”. But my company refuse to include that duties in reference letter they told they will put only sales associate duties and they can’t put actual duties which I have done. I have job contract and all salary slips.. so what can I do for this what are your advices?

I worked 8 months as a hr executive then one and half year I didn’t work. again now I’m working same company same position as the hr executive since 04 months within my one year experience I have one and half year gap. Can I use that 08 months plus 04 months as a one year?

I have experience in human resource executive but to increase my score I want to use salese experiences too but if I put noc under sales associate it’s going under noc “C” that’s the my problem
