My sister had applied under skilled worker and she is main applicant. She is doing job in Private Limited Company in Pakistan and she is not paying Income Tax on her salary but she have a experience letter on the Company Letter Head. Now My question is that she can achieve a 10 Point on his experience letter.
Paying income tax and experience are two different things. I think your sister can score points of experience as per rules (calculating as per number of years). Question regarding Income tax payment may be raised in the interview or may relate with the financial resources shown for settlement.
I think experience certificate issued by the employer showing job description, time duration of work done with annual income will be the proof of work done and experience to claim the points for work experience.
