Initially was in study permit. Applied for PGWP on January 15th. Got my work permit appoved on 15th April.
Started working on February 2nd.

When will my 1 year canadian experience count on Jan15th or April 15th? Please let me know

You can start counting Canadian work experience after your applied for PGWP. Since you started working on Feb 2, you can start counting from that date.
