Dear Seniors,
I have some queries regarding the documents to be submitted to Visa Office (London).
I have the following documents for my employment:-
1) Original Experience Letter ( No Job Description mentioned)
2) Email from Company that they cannot provide Job Description letter
3) Contract Copy attested ( for some companies I dont have original)
4) Increment Letter attested
5) Appointment Letter attested ( have the original for latest company)
My question is that when I am submitting the documents for employment, I am planning to submit followings:-
1) Original Experience Letter + Email for Job Description
2) Attested copy of Contract + Increment letter + Appointment Letter
I think I dont need to submit the originals for contract or increment letter or appointment letter.
Please advise.
Regards

Hi Cool,
I am not an expert/senior but since our NOC codes are similar, I thought I would express my views ... I also did not have JD letter (working in a Public Sector Govt. Org.) but instead sent a sworn affidavit for JD (based on a suggestion from someone here) and also send notarised copies of my appointment letter, promotion letters, training and award certificates, latest and earlier payslips etc. I also mentioned that I was willing to provide any other specific doc. as proof (if available).
I know that job title and JD are the most important in this entire process, and I feel that I sent all the relevant matter that I had to support my case.
Hope the above helps you... btw where are you applying from and what are your qualifications?
Rgds,
dbag

Hi Dbag,
Thanks for your reply.
I am applying from Dubai and my Visa Office is London. I have completed my graduation (B.Com + Intermediate CA) from Mumbai.
I am applying direclty without any agent. But as per my knowledge, my relatives have got the visa by submitting only one experience letter stating position/designation and period worked (no job description). They had applied through one of the consultancy in Dubai - Premiers Consultants.
Since I have many documents and applying directly, I will try to provide whatever they have asked and whatever I have.

Were they also under NOC 1111, and did they get processed before 26th June, 2010? As I have heard that VO's are a lot stricter and also slower nowadays, and anyway our NOC is no longer in the favoured list, unfortunately...
Since I have many documents and applying directly, I will try to provide whatever they have asked and whatever I have.
I wish you all the best in your efforts, and hope that you get the visa soon.

Re: Work Experience - NOC - 1111
Hi Dbag,
They were also under same category 1111 and applied in 2009.
Since our NOC is out of list , I am trying best to meet the requirement of VO.
