I have a doubt regarding Work experience . I am having a total of 5+ years work experience as a electrical engineer and i worked in 3 different companies.
7 months in a company and 11 months in another company.Then 3 years in another company
Does the 7 and 11 month experience will be taken into account if i apply for PR?
One more issue is my previous employer,with whom i have 3 years experience they refused to provide me experience letter with job responsibilities.
If they are all in the same noc, they can be counted. However the maximum scoring for work caps at 3 years. So the other two won't make a difference to ur scores.
If u don't have a an official letter, get any other proofs like salary slips, offer letter, it filings, and also a notarised letter on plain paper from a colleague .

Care to elaborate? This information doesn't help! What kind of gap? Unemployed? Unpaid leave? Same employer? Different jobs? Sabbatical? Every situation would have a different treatment
Again, doesn't help! You are not being transparent enough to allow us to help you. Are u the primary applicant? What's your total work exp? What's your noc code?

is right... you should be more transparent with your situation. These people here are very helpful and possibly even more knowledgeable than agency consultants... Don't worry nobody is phishing sensitive info here.

You're fine to proceed with EE profile. The minimum work experience for eligibility is one year of continuous employment. You can explain the gap. The only issue you will have is your score is going to be low because you have less than three yrs work experience.

thank you so much.. I have bank statement as a proof of salary credit, p.f statement, appointment letter as adhoc basic, resignation acceptance letter. Are this sufficient to get point of work experience. Also request you to please share some sample letter for reference letter if ou have.
