Hi all,

I need you suggestion :-X

I had been doing a practice for 8 month in a firm before I got promoted to a professional occupation position in the same firm.
This practice was a full-time, commission based and included duties similar to my current occupation position.
Can I count this 8 month practice as a work experience and what I need for it because I don't want to loose this 8 month

Get a letter from your employer that this was a full time job of 30+ hrs a week with duties salary mentioned than it will be considered as full time.

It will need to be a full year of work as I assume it is a different noc code to your new position. Feel free to include it, but you will need another year in this new noc for it to give you any points.

my employer cannot do that because the industry is highly regulated and i had to go through the practice to get the job, just this practice went longer as I expected .
is there any other ways to count this time?

Unfortunately not as it's not a continuous full year.

my practice had the same occupation position as im now, just it was practice. So in this case, can I add practice time time to my time at the position, so I will have a full year?
do I need any docs about my practice from my employer?

Anything you put in your work history to claim points for you have to prove. If you don't think your employer will back you up with a letter saying it is 1yr +... Then sorry you can't count it.

Are they the same noc code? If so, maybe, but it will depend on how you can prove it with your reference letter.

duties are 80% the same, just practice ( for example: different market analysis, contact clients on behalf of the supervisor and etc.), so I think maybe I can use the same noc code for it, but still not sure
