PLEASE HELP WITH IMMEDIATE REPLY
i am a B-TECH(engineering) graduate . course duration was from 2008-2012. But since i had backlogs i did not get my b-tech pass degree in 2012,just got the course completion certificate. I got my b-tech degree in 2015 November after clearing all my backlogs. But from 2012 i have been working as an engineer in an industry with almost 4 years of work experience till date(exactly 3 years and 10 months). Is my work experience valid to apply for express entry? Is the work experience before i got my degree valid or counted to apply for express entry. PLEASE help as i am in dilemma if i am eligible with my work experience.

Yes, you can use your work experience, provided your work experience matches an NOC in classes 0, A or B. The fact that you did not finish your degree before you started working is not relevant.
