Work Experience without Reference letter

Hi,

I worked for Firm A for one year. Then, I switched to Firm B for 2 months and then Joined Firm C where I'm currently working for over 2 years.

Do I need to mention about Firm B somewhere in my PR application. I didn't mention the same during Express Entry profile. Also, it would be hard to obtain reference letter from Firm B.

Please suggest.

On your work experience, not necessarily unless it contributes to your CRS score.
For your personal history section, definitely, no letter required.
