Work Experience with Probationary Period

I plan to work full-time for one year and then apply for PR. However, although my job is full-time, it has first six months of probationary period. So, can I claim one year of work experience including the probationary period. Can this probationary period of full-time work be counted? Also, for FSW, I guess, there is a minimum one year work experience or 1560 hours of full-time work required right? So, if I complete 1560 hours in say 10 months, will that be ok? Is the requirement specifically based on the no of hours or one-year period?
