I have 2 year work experience in skill level A and 1 year and 2 months in skill level B. Skill level 2 is the most recent.

Yes you should claim that, I hope these respective work experiences are continuous and there is no gaps e.g. in your 2 yrs work exp? Are you in Canada or outside ?
