***Work Experience*** the company I worked for, went out of business?

This company I've been working for over an year,
will go out of buiness soon. As we were notified.
I've completed my one year full experience requirement for CEC,
and the employer is more then willing to write me the reference letter
however, within a month the company will be gone quite
possibly

Would this a problem?

make sure they mention that they are going to be closed in the reference letter, and have them include a way that they can be reach at like your boss email address or something.
